Medium high alkaline water is confused and over-complicated. Very much the flavor of faucet with house gutter aroma, a very ‘water from the garden hose’ taste combined with wood and staleness.
Smooth at first, then bitter pencil shavings.
Layers of salt washed on a sunny beach walkway. Cooling, but basic. Somewhat like a beach salt streaked cool whip hit atop pina colada drunk up with a unwashed metal straw in the back yard, but way less exotic. Like other waters like it, the salty minerals and high alkinity combine to be unsettling and it tastes unwashed and dirty. Is it lead? I drink it slowly, so many flavors, very metallic, too many flavors, it might satisfy your quench with one sip, but it isn’t that hydrating. Another stale and salty milk dud. Tastes kinda typical and I think it’s going for inoffensive hitting all the trendy notes as if deconstructing delicious non-acidic fridge water but completely lacks freshness. Maybe all this because it doesn’t have optimal coldness. But why buy it? One can get cold water from the faucet anyway, and it’s often better. Try to drink that instead.
